Q: Why is the USB port hidden instead of easily visible?
A: The massage ball is designed to be waterproof, so the USB charging port is intentionally hidden beneath the rubber sheath so water cannot penetrate. Please check the product photos to confirm where the charging port is located and then push the pin of the USB cable directly down into the rubber sheath to slide the pin in. Do not cut the rubber away from the charging port, because doing so will compromise the waterproof feature of your purchase.
Q: Are the vibrations noisy?
A: The vibrations naturally produce sound, but it is not particularly disruptive. You can use the ball on a cushioned surface to muffle the sound a little.
Q: Can a child play with this ball?
A: No. This ball is not for children and should not be bounced or thrown.
Q: How long does it take to charge the ball and how long will it operate on a full charge?
A: It depends on how low the remaining charge is, but charging the battery takes 2~4 hours. Depending on the operating modes you use, a full charge should last 60~90 minutes. We recommend charging it after every use so it stays ready for you.
