SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to 6 standard destinations, including Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Order Processing Times

Typically, your order will be processed in 1 to 3 days. However, processing can take up to 5 days in the following cases:
(1) Shortage of stock at the supplier.
(2) Defective product arrived at the warehouse and needs to be reshipped from the supplier.
(3) One order contains multiple products.
(4) Seasonal peak shopping periods, such as Christmas, etc.

We sincerely appreciate your patience while we process your order and prepare to ship.

Delivery Times

“Delivery time” is defined as how long it will take for the order to arrive at your shipping address. The normal delivery time from our partnered warehouses in Asia is 2~3 weeks.

We do not offer to refund or resend an order if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered.

Shipping Costs

For shipping to the 6 standard destinations, the prices you see on our website are all inclusive, and when you go to the checkout, there will be no additional charge for shipping. However, if you send a special request to ship to a non-standard destination, and we are able to accommodate your request, then it may be necessary to apply an additional charge.

Shipment Tracking

You are able to track the status of shipping for your order. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks after the date the order was placed, you can contact us at sales_cs@bouncepep.com, and we will make every effort to locate your package.
